At Directstep Executive we offer a range of programs to suit organisations who are in the process of terminatiing staff through redundancy or direct termination.

Our programs are designed to fit a range of applications such as terminated employees who have been made redundant or employees who have been terminated for a variety of reasons. Our programs are designed to ensure that the employee has a partner to work with and whom they can call and confer regarding issues that may arise.

In all cases employees are given the choice of a Psychological appraisal and review of their current attitude and a variety of techniques to make sure that eh employee is back on track and looking for the right role.

In all markets where the issues are finding a new role we work closely with the candidate on three specific areas.
